Modification or initiation of antidiabetic treatment is often a significant problem during hospitalization on standard medical ward. Highlighted is the recommended approach to distinguish patients as seemingly ill and healthy and also as hypoglycemia occurring in diabetic and non-diabetic. All the classifications and recommendations are summarized in attached tables and schemes.C2 deficiency represents the most frequent type of a complement deficiency.
