The results also showed that marine bacteria with anti-QS activity inhibited 67% of the biofilm formed by Aeromonas hydrophila, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Vibrio alginolyticus. The computational profiling analysis confirmed the presence of the functional region in the detected genes.
