Enteritidis clearance, oligosaccharide-treated macrophages showed much better S. Enteritidis clearance as time passes at 50 µg/mL for Small, Big and MOS, while FOS needed a concentration of 500 µg/mL for an equivalent result. This data features that oligosaccharides from PKC, particularly those of lower DP, had been more effective than MOS and FOS at decreasing S. Enteritidis adherence and improving S.
