Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, and Actinobacteria were characterized by 454 pyrosequencing as the prominent bacteria, nitrogen elimination functional bacteria within these three phyla were inhibited by nonylphenol, and Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria had been more responsive to nonylphenol. Using the buildup of nonylphenol, the population quite numerous denitrifying micro-organisms ( spp.) notably paid off. Microbial variety enhanced due to nonylphenol perturbation, which is indicated by the alterations in microbial alpha variety. Principal component evaluation showed high similarity between microbial community in reduced and large concentration of nonylphenol, in addition to core genera associated with nitrogen reduction had the lowest correlation along with other genera shown in co-occurrence network. Moreover, linear discriminant evaluation impact size analysis uncovered intergroup distinctions in microorganisms. The apparatus of accumulated NP in the variety and k-calorie burning of the microbial community had been analyzed.
