In addition, the expression levels of PCK1 pS90, INSIG1 pS207/INSIG2 pS151and SREBP1 were associated with the tumour, nodeand metastasisstage and progression in ESCC. However, the prognostic significance of this triad as a predictor of poor outcomes is not known. We explored the association between the Goldberger ECG-LVD triad with all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality in the general population.
