These educational practices should be of particular interest when it comes to strengthening the protective role of schools and teachers against school burnout in adolescents.In this study, we examined the associations of the high-performance work system (HPWS) with employee innovative behavior, and tested a theoretical model in which these associations were mediated by employee voice (promotive and prohibitive voice) and moderated by psychological safety. Matched data were collected from 46 HR(Human Resource) managers and 374 full-time employees from 46 companies in China with multi-source and time-lagged techniques. We found that the HPWS is associated with employee behavior. Both the promotive voice and prohibitive voice partially mediate the relationship between HPWS and employee innovative behavior. Psychological safety moderates the relationship between HPWS and the promotive voice. However, psychological safety does not moderate the relationship between HPWS and the prohibitive voice. Furthermore, psychological safety moderates the mediation effect of the promotive voice between HPWS and employee innovative behavior. We discuss the theoretical and practical implications of these findings.In order to preserve genome integrity and their ploidy, cells must ensure that the duplicated genome has been faithfully replicated and evenly distributed before they complete their division by mitosis. To this end, cells have developed highly elaborated checkpoints that halt mitotic progression when problems in DNA integrity or chromosome segregation arise, providing them with time to fix these issues before advancing further into the cell cycle. Remarkably, exit from mitosis constitutes a key cell cycle transition that is targeted by the main mitotic checkpoints, despite these surveillance mechanisms being activated by specific intracellular signals and acting at different stages of cell division. Focusing primarily on research carried out using Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a model organism, the aim of this review is to provide a general overview of the molecular mechanisms by which the major cell cycle checkpoints control mitotic exit and to highlight the importance of the proper regulation of this process for the maintenance of genome stability during the distribution of the duplicated chromosomes between the dividing cells.Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) have had significant progress in the last decade, which is applied to many relevant fields because of the progress of aerial image processing and the convenience to explore areas that men cannot reach. In this paper, we propose a method for urban UAV images semantic segmentation, which utilizes the geographical information of the region of interest in the form of a digital surface model (DSM). We introduce an Affiliated Fusion Conditional Random Field (AF-CRF), which combines the information of visual pictures and DSM, and a multi-scale strategy with attention to improve the segmenting results. However, in real applications, there is a trade-off between their resolution and dynamic range. Therefore, this paper is aimed at enlarging the dynamic range while ensuring high resolution. In this paper, a noise analysis of a capacitive transducer is presented, which shows that the amplitude noise of the carrier wave is the main limiting factor. Hence, a new method of generating a carrier wave with lower-amplitude noise is proposed in the paper. Based on the experimental verification, it is found that the carrier wave produced through the new method performed significantly better than the typical digital carrier wave when they were compared in the same sensing circuit. This study reports on an automated system for collecting thermal infrared images of calves and on the development and validation of an algorithm capable of automatically detecting and analysing the eye and cheek regions from those images. Thermal infrared images were collected using an infrared camera integrated into an automated calf feeder. Images were analysed automatically using an algorithm developed to determine the maximum eye and cheek (3 × 3-pixel and 9 × 9-pixel areas) temperatures in a given image. Additionally, the algorithm determined the maximum temperature of the entire image (image maximum temperature). In order to validate the algorithm, a subset of 350 images analysed using the algorithm were also analysed manually.
