Unbreakable Mind is really underrated, Identity death is pretty scary dude. 
Ahego's refractory removal paired with Unbreakable Mind keeps me conscious, and able to reach unobtainable highs without any threat of mindbreak. Water to Wine and Lightweight keeps me inebriated with a good buzz, but of I keep my wits about me.

Ironically, in order to stay in horrible shape, as a fat ass unit, Permanence lets me the aesthetic, while Man Portions keeps my heart from failing on me after I introduce Harahel to the KFC Double Down

I'd set up in Encore, medium sized village, or somewhere Downtown.

Imagine dozens of bathrooms, and Individual rooms for every Harem member.
