The upgrade system allows players to combine additional improvements to equipment to boost its power, from simple strength boosts to massive damage and defense enhancements. The upgrades are split into tracks, and each track has limitations on the amount of upgrades that can be completed. The limits are in place to stop players from dumping low-keystone dungeons in search of gear and then upgrading it all the way up.
