In this study, we aimed to identify molecular signatures of microRNAs in cervical precursor lesions from LBC cervical and the molecular pathways potentially associated with the CC progression. We analyzed 31 LBC cervical samples from women who underwent colposcopy. These samples were divided into two groups the first group was composed of samples without precursor lesions of CC, considering the control group, referred to as healthy female subjects (HFS; n = 11). The second group corresponded to women diagnosed with cervical interepithelial neoplasia grade 3 (CIN 3; n = 20). We performed microRNA and gene expression profiling using the nCounter® miRNA Expression Assays (NanoSld change ≥ 2 and p ≤ 0.05). We found the correlation between miR-130a-3p and CCND1(R = -0.52; p = 0.0029), miR-205-5p and EGFR (R = 0.53; p = 0.0021), and miR-4531 and SMAD2 (R = -0.54; p = 0.0016). In addition, we demonstrated the most significant pathways of the targets associated with cervical cancer progression (FDR-corrected p less then 0.001). This study demonstrated that miRNA biomarkers may distinguish healthy cervix and CIN 3 and regulate important molecular pathways of carcinogenesis.Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is an important yet slow medical imaging modality. Compressed sensing (CS) theory has enabled to accelerate the MRI acquisition process using some nonlinear reconstruction techniques from even 10% of the Nyquist samples. In recent years, interpolated compressed sensing (iCS) has further reduced the scan time, as compared to CS, by exploiting the strong interslice correlation of multislice MRI. In this paper, an improved efficient interpolated compressed sensing (EiCS) technique is proposed using radial undersampling schemes. The proposed efficient interpolation technique uses three consecutive slices to estimate the missing samples of the central target slice from its two neighboring slices. Seven different evaluation metrics are used to analyze the performance of the proposed technique such as structural similarity index measurement (SSIM), feature similarity index measurement (FSIM), mean square error (MSE), peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR), correlation (CORR), sharpness index (SI), and perceptual image quality evaluator (PIQE) and compared with the latest interpolation techniques. The simulation results show that the proposed EiCS technique has improved image quality and performance using both golden angle and uniform angle radial sampling patterns, with an even lower sampling ratio and maximum information content and using a more practical sampling scheme. The lipopolysaccharide- (LPS-) induced acute intestinal dysfunction model has been widely applied in recent years. Here, our aim was to investigate the effect of triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 (TREM1) inhibitor in LPS-induced acute intestinal dysfunction. Male rats were randomly assigned into normal (saline injection), model (LPS and saline injection), and LP17 (LPS and LP17 (a synthetic TREM1 inhibitor) injection) groups. The levels of intestinal TREM1 expression were evaluated by immunohistochemistry and western blot. Intestinal permeability and apoptosis were separately assessed by the lactulose/mannitol (L/M) ratio and TUNEL assay. The levels of soluble TREM1 (sTREM1), TNF- , IL-6, and IL-1 were measured in the plasma and intestinal tissues by ELISA. The expression levels of NF- B, high-mobility group box 1 (HMGB1), and toll-like receptor 4 (TLR-4) were measured with RT-qPCR and western blot. After transfection with si-TREM1 in LPS-induced intestinal epithelium-6 (IEC-6) cells, p-p65 and p-I B levels were detected by western blot. LP17-mediated TREM1 inhibition alleviated the intestine tissue damage in rats with LPS-induced acute intestinal dysfunction. LP17 attenuated the LPS-induced increase in sTREM1, TNF- , IL-6, and IL-1 levels in the plasma and intestinal tissues. Furthermore, intestine permeability and epithelial cell apoptosis were ameliorated by LP17. LP17 attenuated the LPS-induced increase in the expression of TREM1, HMGB1, TLR-4, and NF- B in the intestine tissues. In vitro, TREM1 knockdown inactivated the NF- B signaling in LPS-induced IEC-6 cells. LP17 could ameliorate LPS-induced acute intestinal dysfunction, which was associated with inhibition of intestinal apoptosis and inflammation response. We conducted a bibliometrics analysis to explore the recent trends in dental implant research which could help researchers have a clear grasp of the relevant research hotspots and prospects. . Altogether, 15,770 articles on dental implants, from January 1, 2010, to October 31, 2019, were selected from the Web of Science Core Collection. We used BICOMB software to extract the high-frequency MeSH terms and construct binary and coword matrices. gCLUTO software was used for biclustering and visual analysis, Ucinet 6 software for social network analysis, SCIMAT software for strategic diagram building, Citespace 5.5 software to form timeline visualization, and VOSviewer software, eventually, for bibliometrics cocitation network. Altogether, 72 high-frequency keywords were extracted from the selected articles and 4 clusters and 7 subcategories were identified through biclustering analysis in the dental implant research field. The use of the strategic diagram also enabled us to find the research hotspot and development trends. The survival rate of dental implants and subsequent restoration have always been the core focus of research. Sinus floor elevation and guided bone regeneration are worthy of constant exploration owing to their reliability. With continuous improvement in technology, immediate loading could become a future research hot spot.
