Accordingly, it is necessary to offer an introductory guide to them that helps safety professionals grasp them correctly in consideration of their current practices. This article firstly explains the limitations of Safety-I and how Safety-II can resolve them from the four points of view. A review of existing conventional safety data sources (safety data, internal data, external data, and context data) is briefly summarized as a baseline. For each of these data sources, the article points out how emerging analytic data sources (such as Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things) broaden and challenge the scope of work and operational roles throughout an organization. In doing so, the article defines four perspectives on the integration of predictive analytics into organizational safety practice the programmatic perspective, the technological perspective, the sociocultural perspective, and knowledge-organization perspective. The characteristics of Salmonella phage PBST32 were determined by adsorption rate, one-step growth curve, and lytic activity. The ability of phage-based method to detect S. Typhimurium ATCC 19585 (STCIP) was determined in single culture and bacterial mixtures of S. Typhimurium ATCC 19585 (STWT), Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Staphylococcus aureus. The adsorption rates of PBST32 were 95% and 93% against STWT and STCIP after 20 min, respectively. The PBST32 showed latent period of 20 min and average burst size of 90 against STWT and STCIP. The STCIP was selectively detected in mixtures of S. aureus, K. pneumoniae, and STWT by phage amplification assay. JLSW with a high CaMg ratio (51) suppressed lipid accumulation in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Based on these in-vitro results, the effects of JLSW on lipid accumulation were investigated in C57BL/6 J mice fed high-fat diets for 14 weeks. Epididymal adipose tissue weight was significantly decreased in mice that received JLSW with a hardness of 800 or 100 mg/L compared to HFD. Adipocyte size was significantly reduced in mice treated with JLSW with a hardness of 20 mg/L in comparison with HFD. Thus, long-term intake of JLSW may be expected to have anti-obesity effects due to the reduction of lipid accumulation.
