To analyze the clinical effect of budesonide/fomoterol combined with montelukast in the treatment of chronic persistent asthma. Ninety-four patients with asthma who came to our hospital for treatment from April 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 47 patients in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide/formoterol, and the observation group was treated with montelukast on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect of the two groups was observed and compared. The total efficacy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the daytime symptom score and nighttime symptom score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The pulmonary function indexes of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than that before treatment, and the improvement of the observation group was more significant (P<0.05); the FeNO and EO levels of the observation group after treatment were superior to those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Budesonide/formoterol powder inhalation combined with montelukast can effectively improve the lung function, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and accelerate the regression of symptoms in the treatment of chronic persistent asthma. It is worth clinical application. To investigate the clinical application values of procalcitonin (PCT), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and serum amyloid A (SAA) in the early diagnosis of sepsis. In this retrospective analysis, 36 patients admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital were selected from May 2018 to July 2019. According to infectious disease diagnostic criteria, 17 patients were confirmed to have sepsis (observation group), and 19 patients were determined to be nonseptic (control group). The levels of PCT, CRP and SAA of patients were detected on admission, and the clinical application values of PCT, CRP and SAA for sepsis were compared. Seventeen patients were included in the observation group, including 9 males and 8 females, with an average age of 52.18 ± 9.49 years; 19 patients were included in the control group, including 12 males and 7 females, with an average age of 51.53 ± 8.50 years. On admission, there were significant differences in white blood cell (WBC) count ( = 5.134), neutrophil count ( = 3.14able index for the early diagnosis of sepsis. Advanced cardiovascular surgery in structural heart disease require accurate pre-operative evaluation. Most of non-invasive imaging technologies remain limited in two-dimensional and show insufficiency of visualization for procedural planning. The aim of this study was to discuss the value of patient-specific 3-dimensional (3D) printing in treatment of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). Patient-specific 3D-printed models were constructed preoperatively in 12 consecutive HOCM patients which come to Beijing Anzhen Hospital for surgical treatment from October 2016 to March 2017. Image files were extracted from multi-slice computed tomography images, 3D models were constructed by the Mimics 19.0 software and generated by Objet350 Connex3 3D printer. The 3D-printed models were made with soft material that can be surgically performed. https://www.selleckchem.com/products/congo-red.html The modified Morrow myectomy of the model was performed before the operation. Clinical characters and echocardiographic parameters were recorded. There was no significant differhe LVOT and SAM, resulting in LV remodeling with an increase in LV end-diastolic volume and diameter at early follow-up. Feedback brings a fresh perspective and improvement in any organization. Health professionals (HPs) lose insight of the gaps in medical care. The views of student nurses can help improve systems. The objective of this study was to assess the views of our student nurses and how they perceive the way the doctors and HPs work in our hospital and comment on training, attitudes, care pathways, teamwork, and what needed to be improved. A proforma based qualitative study was carried out at the Nurses' Training Centre of PAF Hospital and Fazaia Medical College, Islamabad, from January to March 2020. After approval, a semi-structured proforma with open and closed ended questions was administered, in English and Urdu. The results were analyzed by comparative numbers and percentages for each question and descriptive responses were grouped in recurring themes and analyzed for content and their constructive value. Out of 85 nursing cadets, the proforma could be administered to 61(M=38(62.3%) and F=23(37.7%). Most wets and improvement of equipment and systems can improve patient care. Doctors need to improve their counseling skills and should talk more to the patients and their relatives. They should acknowledge the nursing students and improve teamwork. Belittling them in front of others harms their self-efficacy. Simple corrections like punctuality, ownership of their patients and improvement of equipment and systems can improve patient care. To observe the clinical significance of modified sling in the treatment of moderate stress urinary incontinence (SUI). From January 2016 to January 2019, eighty patients with moderate urinary incontinence who were hospitalized in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in the experimental group underwent modified sling transvaginal tension-free mid-urethral suspension. Modification method of the sling cut the sling to a remaining length of about 6~7cm, properly connect the barbed sutures (V-LOCK) on both sides of the sling, and insert the urinary incontinence sling from the urethra to the obturator membrane, from the obturator membrane to the thigh. The inner skin area is replaced by the V-LOCK line. The 40 patients in the control group were unmodified ordinary slings. The operation time, the local pain of the inner thigh after the operation, and the improvement of postoperative urinary incontinence symptoms were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Both groups of patients were successfully operated.
