Ten leisure scuba divers (10 males, ∼35 years of age) participated in this study. These topics made two pool dives within a one-week period, alternating gases with compressed air (21% O2, 79% N2) and with heliox (21% O2 and 79% He). The level would be to 26 yards over a 20-minute period. The outcome indicated that heliox diving somewhat increased blood O2 saturation by 1.15% and significantly reduced blood lactate amounts by ∼57% in comparison to environment scuba diving (P ≺ 0.05). However, there were no considerable differences in resting heartrate, systolic or diastolic force, core human anatomy blood circulation pressure, and pulse trend velocity involving the heliox and atmosphere dives. The Stroop test indicated that the heliox plunge considerably enhanced intellectual purpose compared with the atmosphere plunge in both the easy test (Offtime) and interference test (Ontime) (P ≺ 0.05). It was concluded that the heliox diving increases blood O2 saturation and reduces blood lactate focus in comparison to environment dives. These conditions will probably help divers decrease hypoxia in the water, lessen the threat of loss of consciousness, lower fatigue and invite them to dive for longer. Heliox diving may also be helpful wisdom and threat coping skills in the liquid as a result of improvement of intellectual capability when compared with air breathing dives.
