Infants undergoing percutaneous Achilles tenotomy (PAT) are well suited for spinal anesthesia (SP). Thirty infants (mean age 2.3 mo) undergoing PAT with SP were compared with 15 infants (mean age 2.0 mo) undergoing PAT with GA.
