Based on the patient's systemic lupus erythematosus being well controlled, the absence of other causative factors, and the discovery of several small bowel erosions on subsequent capsule endoscopy, the ulcer was strongly suspected to be drug induced. Both steroids and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs were reduced and proton pump inhibitors were discontinued by her rheumatologist after surgery. No recurrence has been observed during 4 months of follow-up.To overcome the issues of poor prognosis and to tackle the non-responsiveness to various chemotherapeutics; it is necessary to develop targeted cancer therapeutic agents. Also, it is being necessary to understand the molecular targets of the drug candidates and drugs in the context of cellular signaling pathways, to make progress towards the development of targeted cancer therapeutics. Towards addressing these, we have established a cell-based and pathway-focused drug screening system for the pathways such as MYC, E2F, WNT, ERK, NRF1/2, HIF1α, p53, YY1 and NFκB. These signaling pathways are highly dysregulated in many cancers, including gastric cancer. The developed firefly luciferase assay-based screening system in gastric cancer lineage is suitable for the screening of the massive panel of drugs, drug candidates, small molecule inhibitors, chemicals and alternate drug formulations. The developed stable cell lines have been demonstrated for their pathway activity reporting features using the corresponding pathway-specific modulators. A proof-of-concept medium throughput screening focusing on YY1 signaling pathway also revealed the connection between calcium channel blockers and YY1 signaling. The developed signaling pathway screening assay cells are valuable resource and will serve as the screening platform for screening the drug libraries towards the development of targeted cancer therapeutics.A 32-year-old Japanese woman at 8 weeks of gestation was admitted to our hospital for systemic edema, hypoalbuminemia, and severe proteinuria. The patient had a history of generalized alopecia and migraine. We diagnosed nephrotic syndrome, and renal biopsy revealed minimal change nephrotic syndrome (MCNS). We administered 1000 mg/day of methylprednisolone for 3 days. Oral corticosteroid therapy was followed by 40 mg of prednisolone daily. We carefully selected concomitant medication after considering organogenesis. Before and after renal biopsy, we administered heparin, antithrombin III, and immunoglobulin agents as appropriate. The patient achieved complete remission on day 8 of treatment and gave birth to a boy at 37 weeks of gestation without recurrence. MCNS during pregnancy is rare, and there is no established treatment. In conclusion, we present a case of a pregnant woman with MCNS during organogenesis. Fluent 2020 R1 is employed to reappear the spatial dust distribution based on the gas-solid coupling theory. The dust migration behavior and safety regional division are illuminated in the spatial longwall mining face. The formation of dust concentration trigonum is introduced with the particle diffusion force analyzed. The YZ plane safety zone area shows an increasing trend at X = 70-95 m. The respirable dust concentration decreases from the peak value to the safe value at sidewalk 4.0-4.6 m. The safety zone area and length both pose a linear growth with the increasing wind velocity. In the XY plane, the safety zone area and length extend by 1.26 times and 1.33 times, respectively. The horizontal plane creates a greater growth rate of safety zone than the vertical plane. The drum rotation creates a wind circumfluence that exerts an obvious effect on the dust distribution around the coal cutter. The sidewalk region mainly situates in the safety zone for the personal squat down, while it is gradually exposed to the dangerous dust pollution situation as the breathing height rises.
