The app lets you set different modes and monitor cleaning as well as the mopping feature impresses. Its mapping, obstacle avoidance and mops are impressive. It is able to pick pet hair, spills and dirt. It also self-empties, cleans itself and refills its tank. Roomba Combo from iRobot The iRobot Combo adds mopping to the already impressive vacuuming capabilities of the robot. It doesn't quite unseat our reigning Editors' Choice, the Deebot X1 Omni, which scrubs more and has an app for mobile that is simpler to use however it makes an excellent choice. It consistently picked up dirt from carpets and hard floors. Its obstacle avoidance system isn't among the most advanced in the world, as it lacks structured light and other features like LiDAR, but it managed to prevent most collisions with furniture and clutter. The Combo features most of the same features as the j7 Plus, including new acoustic sensors onboard to determine the floor's type and AI-powered navigation, however it lacks the ability to set suction power manually. It's also slightly less compact than the version that uses vacuum and doesn't include self-emptying docks. The Combo is one of my favorite options for most homes. Its elegant design is also one of the best I've seen in the market. The matte black finish is more elegant than the glossy or metallic finishes of the majority of competitors. iRobot also adds some more elegant features, such as the leather tab to open the bin on board, and a shelf to hold extra bags inside the dock. The iRobot Combo makes it simple to create maps and set up Keep-Out Zones. Roborock Roborock, a relatively new player in the robot vacuum and mop market
