Experiments showed that the proposed M-U-net based algorithm achieved 88.60% and 87.93% Dice Similarity Coefficient (DSC) on the verification dataset and testing dataset, which performed better than any single U-net. To determine long-term seizure outcome, use of antiseizure medication (ASM) and seizure recurrence risk after its withdrawal in patients with autoimmune encephalitis (AE) due to neuronal surface and GAD antibodies. In patients from a specialized AE outpatient clinic, we assessed seizure manifestation, ASM and immunotherapy at onset of AE as well as seizure occurrence, development of autoimmune-associated epilepsy (AAE) and use of ASM in the long-term. Data were collected from patients via telephone interviews and medical records. Out of 94 AE patients, 75 were analyzed; 47 patients had NMDAR, 17 LGI1, 7 GAD, 3 CASPR2 and 1 mGluR5 antibodies. Fifty-three of the 75 patients (71 %) experienced seizures, all of which for the first time occurred at AE onset. After a median follow-up of 6 years (range, 1-15), 47 of the 53 AE patients had 1-year terminal seizure remission, median duration of terminal seizure freedom was 5 years. Rate of 1-year terminal seizure remission was significantly higher in patients with neuronal surface antibodies (NMDAR 97 %, LGI1 93 %, CASPR2 100 %) compared to patients with GAD antibodies (20 %, p < 0.001). In seizure-free patients, ASM was withdrawn after 13 months (median) without any relapse seizures. Seizures are common in most forms of AE manifesting at disease onset in all cases. Quantile Autoregressive Distributed Lag (QARDL) approach is employed to examine the relationship. An application of the QARDL approach suggests that the R&D, financial development, globalization, and institutional quality significantly influence energy utilization in India. R&D and institutional quality have a negative effect on energy utilization which shows that due to the increase in the quality of institutions and R&D in the country, energy utilization is likely to decrease. However, globalization and financial performance have a positive influence on energy which depicts that due to the increase in financial performance and globalization in India the energy consumption is likely to increase. Solar photo-Fenton (50 mg L-1 of H2O2 and 30 mg L-1 of Fe2+) was carried out for 60 min at neutral pH by applying the intermittent iron addition strategy. The removal of RCPs was assessed by Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR). The transformation of competent non-resistant E. coli was used to evaluate the inactivation of target RCPs harboring antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) to ampicillin (pSB1A2) or kanamycin (pSB1K3) after treatment and controls. Solar photo-Fenton completely removed RCPs initially present in both matrixes (SWW and MWWTPE), showing enhanced performance compared to the dark Fenton process. A cross-sectional observational study was carried out with 648 students. Volunteers were stratified into biomedical (medicine and nursing, 48%) and non-biomedical students (other fields of study, 52%). Data were collected using previously self-reported questionnaires focused on anthropometric and sociodemographic profile, lifestyle practices, body image perception, health consciousness, eating habits, physical activity, and food addiction.
