Between June 1997 and June 2018, 573 pediatric patients with 654 renal units underwent PCNL for renal stone disease by senior surgeons. On multivariate analysis, increasing stone size increased operation time (p < 0.001), fluoroscopy time (p < 0.001), intraoperative and postoperative blood transfusion ze are predictive factors for blood loss and hospital stay.
