In conclusion, isolated anti-HBc-positive subjects could achieve satisfactory long-term immune effects after hepatitis B vaccination. The GMT values of anti-HBs titers were lower than those of the control group at 1 month, but no significant difference was detected after 8 years. This study sets out to address a gap in research into teachers' attitudes and opinions toward death education. To meet this objective, two complementary instruments were designed and validated the Death Education Attitudes Scale-Teachers (DEAS-T), which showed suitable psychometric values, and the Death Education Questionnaire-Teachers (DEQ-T). The sample comprised 683 teachers from a range of schools. The results show moderately positive attitudes toward death education. Variables such as gender, age, type of teacher, and religious beliefs all influenced results. The findings argue in favor of the inclusion of death in education and teacher training.Aim Evaluate the accuracy of a 23-gene expression signature in differentiating benign nevi from melanoma by comparing test results with clinical outcomes. Materials & methods Seven dermatopathologists blinded to gene expression test results and clinical outcomes examined 181 lesions to identify diagnostically uncertain cases. Participants independently recorded diagnoses and responses to questions quantifying diagnostic certainty. Test accuracy was determined through comparison with clinical outcomes (sensitivity and percent negative agreement). Results Overall, 125 cases fulfilled criteria for diagnostic uncertainty (69.1%; 95% CI 61.8-75.7%). Test sensitivity and percent negative agreement in these cases were 90.4% (95% CI 79.0-96.8%) and 95.5% (95% CI 87.3-99.1%), respectively. Conclusion The 23-gene expression signature has high diagnostic accuracy in diagnostically uncertain cas
