Analysis of multiple mutations in combination with simultaneous assessment of other analytes is one solution. Improved standardization and guidelines will also facilitate the introduction of ctDNA analysis into clinical routine. To evaluate the clinicopathologic features and survival analysis of NUCKS1 expression in human lung adenocarcinoma (LA), we used bioinformatic methods to obtain NUCKS1 gene status and correlated it with prognosis in LA. We compared NUCKS1 expression in 70 samples of LA with intrinsically normal lung alveoli (NLA) by immunohistochemistry, and analyzed their clinicopathologic features. NUCKS1 was overexpressed in LA components(LACs) relative to NLA, and was significantly correlated to patient with 5-year disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival(OS). Elevated NUCKS1 expression in LACs was shown to be an independent prognostic indicator for OS and a biomarker in LA.Female genital mutilation (FGM) is conceptualized as an interpersonal act, commonly initiated by mothers. This study investigates relational dynamics among adult women who experienced FGM in childhood and have since migrated to the United Kingdom. A qualitative research design was employed, using semi-structured interviews and interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA) with nine women. Three superordinate themes emerged (a) "The 'who to blame?' conflict Preserving goodness in parents"; (b) "Better or worse? Positioning the self in relation to others"; and (c) "Regaining power Righting the wrongs." Implications for understanding the relational consequences of FGM and the discontinuation of its intergenerational transmission are considered. The SARS-Cov-2 virus caused a high morbidity and mortality rate disease, that is the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the unprecedented research inter
