You may also experience difficulty adhering to instructions and completing tasks. These issues can create issues in all aspects of your life. You might also find it difficult to remain focused when you're talking to others. You may be thinking about scenarios, thinking about hobbies, or replaying content from social media in your head when you should be listening to someone else. This can affect your relationships and make you feel like you are not paying attention. Another symptom that is common is the difficulty in managing time. You might procrastinate, miss appointments, and don't know the time it takes to complete an assignment.
