https://www.selleckchem.com/products/beta-nicotinamide-mononucleotide.html Capsicum annuum is one of the oldest domesticated crops in the Americas, which is also the most widely grown spice crop in the world. The complete chloroplast genome of C. annuum has been assembled and annotated in this paper. Its length was 156,781 bp, containing a large single-copy region of 87,367 bp, a small single-copy region of 17,850 bp, and a pair of IR regions of 25,782 bp in each. The whole chloroplast genome of C. annuum contains 135 genes, including 89 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 38 transfer RNA genes (tRNAs), and 8 ribosome RNA genes (rRNAs). The overall nucleotide composition is A of 30.8%, T of 31.5%, C of 19.1% and G of 18.6%, with a total GC content of the chloroplast genome 37.7% and AT of 62.3%. Phylogenetic relationship analysis was based on 10 plant species using the maximum-likelihood (ML) methods, which showed that the position of C. annuum clustered with C. galapagoense. The complete chloroplast genome of medicinally important plant Adenium obseum (Forssk.) Roem. & Schult. (Apocynaceae) was sequenced. A total of 5,028,192,488 paired-end reads were obtained. One-hundred-and-twenty-seven unique coding genes including 96 protein-coding, 28 tRNA, and 3 rRNA genes were annotated. The length and GC content of the plastome were 154,437 bp (GenBank accession number MN765097) and 38.1%, respectively.Pergularia tomentosa is a medicinal plant mainly found in Saudi Arabia, northern and southern Africa. In this study, we present the sequence of the complete chloroplast (cp) genome of P. tomentosa in order to evaluate the evolutionary relationship in the subfamily Asclepiadoideae. The cp is 164,213 bp in lengh with 37.3% GC content, inverted repeat (IR) regions of 21,411 bp each, a large single-copy (LSC) region of 80,102 bp, and a small single-copy (SSC) region of 17,022 bp. It constitutes of 89 protien-coding genes, 44 tRNA genes, and 8 rRNA genes. The phylogenetic relationship sh
