https://www.selleckchem.com/products/sop1812.html bed a range of service adaptations and adoption of novel roles to prevent and mitigate the public health impact of the pandemic. The study findings may help to inform governments, public health agencies and healthcare systems in harnessing ongoing service provision and adapt to any future interruptions. This report describes 7 cases in which multichannel balloon angioplasty was performed for severely calcified common femoral artery stenosis. After the successful passage of a guidewire through the stenosis, another guidewire with a tip load of 12g or 14 g was passed through a different channel inside the calcified plaques, followed by balloon angioplasty via each route. After the procedure, ankle brachial index improved from 0.49 ± 0.23 to 0.89 ± 0.05 on an average, and 6 of the 7 patients had patent arteries at a median follow-up period of 13 months. Multichannel balloon angioplasty offers the promise of being an effective endovascular intervention to expand calcified lesions. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has been declared a global pandemic. COVID-19 is more severe in people with diabetes. The identification of risk factors for predicting disease severity in COVID-19 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is urgently needed. Two hundred and thirty-six patients with COVID-19 were enrolled in our study. The patients were divided into 2 groups COVID-19 patients with or without T2DM. The patients were further divided into four subgroups according to the severity of COVID-19 as follows Subgroup A included moderate COVID-19 patients without diabetes, subgroup B included severe COVID-19 patients without diabetes, subgroup C included moderate COVID-19 patients with diabetes, and subgroup D included severe COVID-19 patients with diabetes. The clinical features and radiological assessments were collected and analyzed. We tracked the dynamic changes in laboratory parameters and clinical outcomes during the hospital
