PA biopolymer plays an essential role in enhancing the hydrophilic and biocompatible ability of the constitution. In addition, as a multifunctional polymer, PA is conjugated with biotin and Dox functional groups to enhance targeting and impairment of cancer cells. In in vivo testing on cancer tumor, the magnitude of cancer tumor volume growth injected with the constitution decreases 3 times, compared with that of the control without injection.
