To sum up, it can be concluded that circ-0002052, functioning as a sponge for miR-382, enhances the activation of Wnt/β-catenin mediated by STX6 to stimulate the progression of OS, and circ-0002052 may be an underlying treatment target and a biomarker for prognosis of osteosarcoma.StarD13 is a tumor suppressor and a GTPase activating protein (GAP) for Rho GTPases.
