Extracellular vesicle (EV) has received increasing attention over the last decade. However, biomarkers and mechanisms underlying remain largely limited. Three microarray profiles, GSE78718 (K562 leukemia cell line), GSE45301 (U87-MG glioblastoma cell line), and GSE9589 (SW480 colon cancer cell line), were analyzed for the overlapped differentially expressed genes (DEGs). SurvExpress was used for the prognostic analysis of hub genes signature. Predicted transcription factors networks were built by NetworkAnalysis. Characterization between hub genes and immune cells was analyzed by the tumor immune estimation resources (TIMER) and single-sample gene set enrichment analysis (ssGSEA). The most significantly enriched pathway was lysosome. Hub genes included lysosomal-associated membrane protein 1 (LAMP1), heat shock protein family A (Hsp70) member 5 (HSPA5), lysosomal-associated membrane protein 2 (LAMP2), integrin subunit alpha V (ITGAV), and transmembrane protein 30A (TMEM30A). Significant prognostic values of hub genes signature were identified in glioblastoma (P-value = 0.006), but not colon cancer. In colon cancer, ITGAV displayed remarkably high correlation with tumor immune infiltrating cells. In glioblastoma, the highest correlation was found between HSPA5 and dendritic cell. Moreover, distinct association of immune cells between cell and EV were identified via ssGSEA. This study identified biomarkers in EV with potential immunological insights and clinical values.We can sometimes efficiently pick up statistical regularities in our environment in the absence of clear intentions or awareness, a process typically referred to as implicit sequence learning. In the current study, we tried to address the question whether suggesting participants that there is nothing to learn can impact this form of learning. If a priori predictions or intentions to learn are important in guiding implicit learning, we reasoned that suggesting participants that there is nothing to learn in a given context should hamper implicit learning. We introduced participants to random contexts that indicated that there was nothing to learn, either implicitly (i.e., by presenting blocks of random trials in "Experiment 1"), or explicitly (i.e., by explicitly instructing them in "Experiment 2"). Next, in a subsequent learning phase, participants performed an implicit sequence learning task. We found that these implicit or explicit suggestions that 'there was nothing to learn' did not influence the emergence of implicit knowledge in the subsequent learning phase. Although these findings seem consistent with simple associative or Hebbian learning accounts of implicit sequence learning (i.e., not steered by predictions), we discuss potential limitations that should inform future studies on the role of a priori predictions in implicit learning. The risk of cesarean delivery after a successful external cephalic version for breech presentation is higher as compared with fetuses in cephalic presentation. However, the role of the time interval between version attempt to delivery on the risk for cesarean delivery is unclear. We aimed to study the effect of the time interval from a successful external cephalic version to delivery on the risk for cesarean delivery and assess factors associated with cesarean delivery after a successful version. We conducted a multicenter, retrospective cohort study, including all successful external cephalic version at two medical centers between 2011 and 2019. We compared patient baseline characteristics, obstetric characteristics, maternal and neonatal outcomes in women that delivered by vaginal delivery with those who delivered by cesarean delivery. Overall, 769 deliveries were included. Of these, 98 women (12.7%) had cesarean delivery and 671 (87.3%) had vaginal delivery. Women who had cesarean delivery had a higher rate of obesity (44.9% vs 21.9%, p < 0.001; OR 2.88, CI 1.65-5.03) and nulliparity (45.9% vs 24.5%, p < 0.001; OR = 2.58, CI 1.67-3.98). The risk for intrapartum cesarean delivery did not differ according to time interval from external cephalic version to delivery. The time interval between successful external cephalic version and delivery was not associated with mode of delivery. This finding is in contrast to previous reports. Intraamniotic infection, categorized into isolated maternal fever, suspected intraamniotic infection (SII), and confirmed intraamniotic infection, is associated with neonatal morbidity. However, there is paucity of data regarding the association between intraamniotic infection duration and neonatal outcomes among term singleton vaginal deliveries. We aimed to study the risk factors for adverse neonatal outcome among vaginal deliveries complicated by SII. A retrospective observational study conducted at a tertiary medical center.
