Types of obsessions and compulsions exist and tend to co-occur in dimensions (e.g., doubting/checking, symmetry/ordering, contamination/cleaning). Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) consisting of visibility and response (ritual) avoidance (ERP) is arguably the best and a lot of effective treatment plan for OCD. ERP requires exposing OCD patients to stimuli that provoke obsessions while coaching all of them to perhaps not ritualize. There was increasing proof to suggest that the particular symptom measurements of OCD have unique correlates and various responsiveness to ERP. Although a lot of clients respond to ERP, only a subset achieve minimal symptoms. Because of the challenges that could occur in ERP treatment of certain OCD proportions, there is increasing curiosity about examining OCD with relationship-related motifs that focus on the partnership or lover. In cases like this report, we present a case of an adult with OCD containing relationship motifs and highlight ERP adaptations we employed to enhance his treatment course.Pregnancy and postpartum durations tend to be related to increased risk for onset and exacerbation of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) signs. Typical motifs of this obsessive thoughts in this period tend to be fears of accidently or deliberately damaging the infant. Postpartum OCD may go underdiagnosed or misdiagnosed because of lack of standardized assessment and possible shame related to stating these symptoms. With no treatment, OCD symptoms frequently persist and continue steadily to impair mama's standard of living and communications with all the youngster. Literature on treatment specific to postpartum OCD is limited
