Statistical relationships between outcome variables and subgroup were assessed. Features previously associated with recurrence were further investigated after stratification by subgroup. We used Kaplan-Meier analyses to compare progression free survival, and identified factors significantly associated with recurrence using Cox proportional subgroups.
