We provide experimental evidence that agonistic Abs may contribute to SRC. This effect is presumably related to direct receptor stimulation and additional allosteric effects, at least in heterodimeric receptor constellations. Novel therapies targeted at autoimmune hyperactivation of AT1R and ETAR might improve outcomes in severe cases of SRC. We provide experimental evidence that agonistic Abs may contribute to SRC. SC111, Peribacillus frigoritolerans SC112, Priestia megaterium SC114, Paenibacillus sp. SC116, and Lysinibacillus fusiformis SC117, isolated from a campus wooded area in Loudonville, NY. Genomes were sequenced using the Illumina NextSeq system. The genomes range between 4,381,526 and 6,065,181 bp with GC contents between 35.33% and 43.46%.A leaf endophyte, Sphingomonas faeni strain ALB2, was isolated from a high-altitude medicinal plant, Arnebia euchorma. The draft genome sequence of the bacterium comprised 4,720,245 bp and contained 4,233 protein-coding genes, with a GC content of 65.66%. The bacterium harbored numerous biotechnology-relevant genes in its genome.Desmoid fibromatosis (DF) is a locally aggressive soft tissue neoplasm with frequent recurrences. DF is characterized by alterations in the Wnt/β-catenin pathway, with the majority showing sporadic mutations in CTNNB1 , whereas others have germline mutations in APC .
