In Sect. 4, I apply this idea to morally evaluative experiences. In Sect. 5, I suggest that certain epistemic intuitions should be considered epistemically evaluative experiences and I outline a strong parallelism between ethics and epistemology.In this paper I exploit Google searches for the topics "symptoms", "unemployment" and "news" as a proxy for how much attention people pay to the health and economic situation and the amount of news they consume, respectively. I then use an integrable nonautonomous Lotka-Volterra model to study the interactions among these searches in three U.S. States (Mississippi, Nevada and Utah), the District of Columbia and in the U.S. as a whole. I find that the results are very similar in all areas analyzed, and for different specifications of the model. Prior to the pandemic outbreak, the interactions among health searches, unemployment searches and news consumption are very weak, i.e. an increase in searches for one of these topics does not affect the amount of searches for the others. However, from around the beginning of the pandemic these interactions intensify greatly, suggesting that the pandemic has created a tight link between the health and economic situation and the amount of news people consume. I observe that from March 2020 unemployment predates searches for news and for symptoms. Consequently, whenever searches for unemployment increase, all the other searches decrease. Conversely, when searches for any of the other topics considered increase, searches for unemployment also increase. A survey of more than 1500 local councilors showed that councils at the local level are restricted in their capacity. After a total lockdown in March 2020 at the local level, the local central committee (Hauptausschuss) took over, substituting for and representing the full city council's local decision-making capacity. Later on, in some cities, councils were able to implement council meetings with half of the councilors. In this "executive hour," several local committees and commissions as well as political events organized by the civil society could not be implemented.Before the local elections on September 22 in North Rhine-Westphalia, the pandemic affected the registration of political parties, which became problematic. Appropriate space, as well as digital infrastructure, was lacking. With more mitigated COVID-19 restrictions and new regulations for local elections by the province of North Rhine-Westphalia, electoral party registration was facilitated, and deadlines were extended. The majority in all political parties refused postal voting.In this study, a medical system based on Deep Learning (DL) which we called "COVIDetection-Net" is proposed for automatic detection of new corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection from chest radiography images (CRIs). The proposed system is based on ShuffleNet and SqueezeNet architecture to extract deep learned features and Multiclass Support Vector Machines (MSVM) for detection and classification. Our dataset contains 1200 CRIs that collected from two different publicly available databases. Extensive experiments were carried out using the proposed model. The highest detection accuracy of 100 % for COVID/NonCOVID, 99.72 % for COVID/Normal/pneumonia and 94.44 % for COVID/Normal/Bacterial pneumonia/Viral pneumonia have been obtained. The proposed system superior all published methods in recall, specificity, precision, F1-Score and accuracy. Confusion Matrix (CM) and Receiver Operation Characteristics (ROC) analysis are also used to depict the performance of the proposed model. First, a systematic review summarizes the available research examining the use of convalescent plasma for the treatment of patients with COVID-19.
