The proportion of patients receiving timely guideline-based therapy was significantly higher in the post-intervention cohort compared to the pre-intervention cohort (76.5% vs 34.4%, pā€‰ less then ā€‰0.001), primarily driven by increased ordering of vitamin K 10 mg IV in conjunction with PCC in the post-intervention cohort. Our results indicate that implementation of an order set to assist with CPOE, in addition to prospective pharmacist verification of PCC orders, leads to increased adherence to guideline-based management of warfarin-associated ICH.Last year marked a decade since the publication of the book "Islamic Biomedical Ethics" by religious studies professor Abdulaziz Sachedina in which he called for a critical and rigorous analytical approach to the ethical inquiry of biomedical issues from an Islamic perspective. Since the publication of this landmark work, some authors have continued to call into question the ways in which Islam as a religious tradition is engaged with in the secular bioethics literature. This paper describes common argumentative issues with current Islamic bioethics scholarship and offers general pearls and strategies to facilitate better engagement with religious approaches to bioethical issues. F-labeled prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) ligand, [ F]PSMA-1007, has the benefit of a higher synthetic yield and minimal excretion in the urine. High detection efficacy was reported in biochemical recurrence (BCR) of prostate cancer after radical prostatectomy. Thus, we evaluated the preliminary diagnostic utility of [ F]PSMA-1007 PET in patients with prostate cancer, focusing on the BCR which is not detected on conventional imaging. We enrolled a total of 28 patients (age 51-79years) with BCR of prostate cancer. BCR was defined as a continuous increase in PSA after radical prostatectomy or radiation therapy without any apparent re
